Before you proceed to launch the Customer Internet Link, we ask you to pay attention to the following important notes in order to make sure you are able to run this application properly.
The initial activation of this application uses the Microsoft ClickOnce deployment.
Therefore, it is highly recommended to launch this application from Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 or higher. Alternatively you can also launch this application from FireFox, given the IE Tabs or FFClickOnce add-ons are installed, or from Google Chrome given that ClickOnce for Google Chrome is added to Chrome.
Note: The adherence to the type of browser is required only for the first activation of the application. Consecutive executions of the application can be done from a shortcut created under the Programs | MaximOnline | list of the Start menu on your computer.
This application is a .NET based module. The prerequisites for running the client is to have the .NET framework (version 2.5) installed. On the Welcome page from which you launch the application, pay attention to the extra button that appears below the Start button. If the .NET Framework button is enabled, (i.e. clickable) click it first to install the .NET framework.
After this initial setup you can proceed to launch this application by pressing the Start button.
The first activation of the application will require a "Client Customer Access" Application Install. This is a small application that enables you to access "Client Customer Access" directly from your desktop. If the application fails to install because of security issues, please contact your IT support for assistance.
